Improved Customer Updated Visibility
Notifications for Customer Responded will now continue to appear as an alert until the Customer Updated flag is cleared out in MTX or ConnectWise.
MTX's Tickets tab now includes a button to filter all tickets with a Customer Updated flag enabled. You can further filter by clicking on the My Tickets Only icon to include only Customer Updated tickets you are assigned.
