Phone Number Lookup

When looking up a contact for a new ticket, you can now supply a phone number as the lookup parameter.

You can also provide a direct link to the New Ticket tab and pass a phone number for potential phone system integration.

Usage: https://app.nilear.com/mtx/new?lookup=[phone_number]

Example: https://app.nilear.com/mtx/new?lookup=+1(555)-555-5555
