Restrict Queue Changes

By default, MTX will allow members to change the queue ordering of tickets and target queue rules.

You can now choose to restrict queue ordering and queuing rules to Nilear managers and administrators only. This option is under Nilear -> Settings -> My Tickets -> MTX Interface.
