Nilear IP Addresses for Firewall Rules

Nilear now connects to ConnectWise from two sets of servers. Most of Nilear connects from 40.142.95.96/28. Adding new members, Test integration on the API keys page and the other features of the newer platform connect from 48.195.154.108 and 48.195.138.74.

If your firewall restricts access to an on-premise ConnectWise Manage instance, allow all of these addresses inbound on HTTPS (port 443):

• 48.195.154.108
• 48.195.138.74
• 40.142.95.96/28 (255.255.255.240)

If only 40.142.95.96/28 is allowed, MTX keeps working, but new members do not appear in Nilear and Test integration reports HTTP connect timed out.
