3 New Settings for Office 365 License Sync

By default, ConnectActive will set the Agreement Addition count to the customer's number of Office 365 licenses, regardless if any of the users have been flagged as "Agreement Off" in ConnectActive.

If you do not wish to bill a customer's "Agreement Off" users for an Office 365 subscription, check the "Honor Agreement Off Flag" checkbox. Keep in mind, Microsoft will still charge for these licenses.

By default, ConnectActive will set the Agreement Addition count to the customer's number of Office 365 licenses, regardless if any of the licenses have not been assigned.

If you do not wish to bill a customer for unlicensed Office 365 subscriptions, check the "Exclude Unassigned Licenses from Count" checkbox. Keep in mind, Microsoft will still charge for the unassigned licenses.

Some MSPs have a required minimum count for certain Agreement Additions. The ConnectActive default is 0.

If you wish to set a minimum count on an Agreement Addition, set a positive number value in the "Minimum Addition Count" field.
