Real-time Level Modules will now include Level Configurations Attachments

Starting October 10, 2021, the Real-time Level modules will now include points for configuration attachments with the highest point value per ticket per member. Any additional configurations attached to the ticket will receive zero points. Previously, the module did not grant any points for configuration attachments.
