• September 9, 2024Feature Deactivate ScoreBooks

  ScoreBooks can now be deactivated/activated by updating its "Active" checkbox. ScoreBooks that have been deactivated will only show under management accounts and will not be listed by default.

• March 2, 2023Bug Fix Real-time Ticketing Correction for Hours Deducted

  The scoring logic for Real-time Ticketing was updated to better interpret hours deducted on time entries entered.

• July 29, 2022Feature Timesheets Scoring Acknowledge Modifications

  Under the Timesheets Scoring Modules, Score My Team will deduct points for modifications made to a time entry.

  The drill-down reports for the Configuration and Timesheet Scoring Modules have been updated to the new UI.

• October 8, 2021Update Real-time Level Modules will now include Level Configurations Attachments
