Inactive Contact Cleanup

"Inactive Contact Cleanup" provides a review and automated process of merging data of inactive duplicate contacts with their active contact and removing inactive contacts that were never used (no service tickets, configurations, etc.).

You can find this new feature under the client company's Settings page.
