LDAPS End-of-Life
The use of LDAPS to sync clients with ConnectActive will end on 12/31/2022.
ConnectActive recommends one of the following sync methods as a replacement for LDAPS.
Office 365 / Azure AD
An Office 365 sync offers the most reliable connection for syncing and also provides near real-time updating of your ConnectWise Manage instance anytime an Office 365 user, group or license change occurs.
Powershell Script for Active Directory
A downloadable Powershell Script can be scheduled to run daily using the client's Domain Controller's Scheduled Tasks. This script will upload the same Active Directory information as previously used by LDAPS to ConnectActive for syncing with your ConnectWise Manage instance.
