Nilear Live Upgrade

We have finished revamping our Nilear Live product. This update includes the following changes:

• Added "AFK" command to mark oneself as "Away From Keyboard"
• AFK updates will now be delivered to teams in the same manner as lunch breaks
• Ticket updates are now presented as an interactive adaptive card
• Ticket updates now includes the markdown view of the customer's message
• Help command is now presented as an interactive adaptive card
• Settings command is now presented as an interactive adaptive card
• Revamped the process for linking one's Nilear Account to their Teams account
• Nilear-Chat is now published in the Microsoft Teams store
