Earlier Messages Folded Away in Email View

When a customer replies to their own earlier email instead of to the ticket's update email, each reply quotes the whole conversation again. Email View now shows the new part of such an email and folds the quoted messages that are already notes on the ticket behind Show earlier messages.

• Show earlier messages opens the quoted messages under the reply. Hide earlier messages folds them away again.
• A quoted message that is not on the ticket yet stays in view. A forwarded conversation that opens a ticket, or arrives on one for the first time, is shown whole.
• A reply to the ticket's update email no longer ends with that email's From, Sent and Subject lines and an empty grey box.
• Text View is unchanged.
