Ticket Buttons Stay Put While Changes Are Pending

At the top of a ticket, the amber pending changes count now sits to the left of the Queue, Tag, More and copy buttons instead of beside the close button.

The buttons stay where they are when you make a change, while it is on its way to ConnectWise, and when it has been sent. A long title that wraps onto a second line no longer moves them down either.
