Spectator Control

Allowing the creation of Spectators, schedule records with no date or time, are now controlled on their own, by Allow Spectators under Settings -> My Tickets -> Interface. It is on by default (Spectators allowed).

Spectator records already on your tickets are unaffected either way, and continue to show and filter as before.
