Open Links in Ticket Tasks with One Click

When a ticket task contains a web link, MTX now shows a small link button under the task, one for each link, labeled with the site's name. Click it to open the page in a new browser tab. You no longer need to copy the address into your browser.

Links in the task's resolution notes get buttons too. The buttons follow the task as you edit it, so a link you paste gets its button straight away. You can still edit the task text in place, as before.

The buttons also appear in the ticket summary, in Live, and in the Open Tasks warning.
