In-house Updates Match the New Notes Look

In the modern notes layout, a ticket's In-house Update now looks like the notes around it. It is a purple card with the author, the In-house Update badge and the date in its header, instead of a large purple banner.

Mark Read and Turn Update Off are in the card's header, beside the note's other controls, and work as before. The members the update is still pending for are listed at the bottom of the card, after Pending for. The Classic notes layout keeps its look.
