Unassigned Count for Filtered License Agreement Addition

Previously, when using a filtered merge operation against a M365 License Agreement Addition, you could not include unassigned license counts against the addition. This is no longer a restriction and you may now choose to include unassigned license counts against a filtered license agreement addition.
