Always Show the State and Board Type Bars

The Tickets list can show its State filter and every board type as buttons again, on a row of their own under New Ticket.

• Open Board Type Configuration with the gear beside the board type, and tick Always show the State and board type bars.
• Service, Monitoring, Project, Sales, Other and Custom are then one click away, and the first row keeps more room for the Quick views.
• Untick it to go back to the Type menu. MTX remembers your choice wherever you sign in.
