Compact Tabs Keep Your Working Tickets in View

Turn on Compact tabs under MTX Preferences > Display (the gear on the MTX toolbar) to show the Queue, My Schedule, Tickets, Availability, Configs, New Ticket and Travel tabs as icons on any screen size, like MTX does on a phone. Each icon keeps its counts and badges: your queue and ticket counts, past-due schedules and customer replies, the calendar switch, and your availability status with its menu. Hover an icon to see the tab's name.

The tabs take far less room, so the tickets you are working on and their timers stay in view, even in a narrower window. The setting follows you to every browser you sign in to. Turn it off to bring the text labels back.
