Introducing AI-Powered Company & Contact Suggestions – let AI read the ticket and work out who it actually belongs to, then match that against ConnectWise so a mis-routed ticket can be corrected in a single click:
- One-Click Suggestion: Click the sparkle button next to the Company field to look up who the ticket belongs to
- Reads the Original Request: The AI works from the ticket's initial description, where the sender, signature and any "on behalf of" wording live
- Instant on Catchall: On a Catchall ticket with a single high-confidence match, the Company and Contact are set straight away without a dialog
