A Shorter Tickets Toolbar and Stronger Colours

The Tickets tab takes less room above the list and its colours stand out again.

• The State buttons and Type are on the same row as New Ticket and the view, and the filter chips stay on the Filters button's line, so the toolbar is two rows on a wide screen. The board names are on the second row, as before.
• In the dark theme the toolbar is dark, with readable buttons, instead of light grey.
• Customer-updated tickets are filled orange again, in-house updated tickets purple and selected tickets blue, with dark text where the fill is light.
• Status pills are solid colours in the dark theme.
• The customer-updated flag is red again, and the ticket summary's Customer has responded banner is the same orange.
• On a wide screen the ticket summary fills the window's height, so more of Ticket Properties shows and the window keeps its size as you move between tickets.
